By registering on our website, www.allegra.academy, users are bindingly registered. Only persons who work for organizations based in Graubünden are entitled to register. Registration will be confirmed by email. With the registration, the terms and conditions are considered accepted.
Course availability
After valid registration, all courses are available until the end of the 2021 calendar year. Allegra Academy reserves the right to supplement, replace and delete courses.

Liability
The Allegra Academy is responsible to the customer for the careful and contractual provision of its services. The contents of the courses are designed to the best of our knowledge and belief. The Allegra Academy rejects any liability that may arise from the use of the learning content.
Intellectual property
The learning content is the intellectual property of Allegra Academy or its partners. The learning content may not be passed on in any form whatsoever.
Pricing and Invoicing
Participation in the Allegra Academy is free for people and organizations based in the canton of Graubünden.
place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Pontresina.
